What started with handcrafted stuffed marshmallows 11 years ago at the West Palm Beach Greenmarket, evolved into taking our fresh marshmallows to weddings, schools, edible art classes and countless opportunities to share the joy of making something by hand.

Along the way, one question followed me everywhere:

"How do you make marshmallows?"

It came from customers, parents, teachers, kids, and fellow makers. After years of creating, teaching and experimenting, I decided to create an answer that more people could experience for themselves.

The answer became Make Mallows.
